I am so excited to announce we now stock the new Skinade Targeted Solutions in clinic. Skinade, the cult drink among celebrity and professionals alike have been working hard on this range that targets specific skin concerns. I just got back from a launch seminar and am really impressed with the concept and cannot wait to start these innovative drinkable internal skincare products myself and in clinic.

CLEAR is for acne prone skin, a two-step approach, which combines one sachet and two capsules daily, increases skin hydration, reduce breakouts, blemishes and inflammation, balance oil production and increase skin suppleness.

DERMA DEFENSE IS VIT A (retinol) and D increase skin hydration and moisture levels, even out skin tone, reduce pigmentation and achieve healthier looking skin.

CELLULITE is to addresses oxidative damage, water retention, improves circulation and boosts skin elasticity to reduce the appearance of “orange peel” skin. To order or try please just let me know, also any one in clinic will receive a complimentary original skinade.

We hear so much about peels that all information can often be confusing. Which type, when do have, does you need to prep??

I work with Obagi products and offer two peels.

Blue Peel Radiance provides a gentle but effective peel as it exfoliates superficially, with little to no downtime. It provides instant radiance – tighter, smoother, brighter-looking skin after one use. However, you would most likely need a series of 4 to 6 peels for best overall results. I always recommend a blue radiance peel prior to starting the Nu Derm products. This really kick starts your skin ready for the products to start working.

For the month of October I am offering a free Blue Peel Radiance with every nu derm kit.

Blue Peel goes deeper and is for more severe skin damage, such as discoloration, wrinkles, large pores, laxity, and roughness. There will be a short recovery period with little or no pain. There is a work up for this peel. I always recommend preparing your skin 2 to 3 weeks before the peel. Daily use of tretinoin (Retin-A) is also suggested. This is a medicine you apply to your skin. It is most often used to treat acne, but it will prepare skin and aid healing after a peel. You will also need to use a mineral based sunscreen every day. This skin care routine will help the skin peel more evenly and heal faster after the peel. It may also reduce the chance of infection and other problems, especially uneven color changes in the skin.

A consultation will be required prior to any treatment.

I am loving Charlotte Tilburys pillow talk kit. The perfect nude for any occasion. It consists of a lip liner, lipstick and gloss.
